Bottled: Before I even open this, I will admit I’m not a big cider fan and have only tried a few different ones, so here goes: Has a Japanese macroswill look, crystal clear Golden with a small & quickly fading white head. Apples (Duh), some wood and a touch of Balsamic vinegar in the nose. Sweet, not really overly "appley", just sweet with a slight tangy follow and aftertaste. Not my cup of tea, might be of use to part a gal from her knickers but that’s the extent of it.

Draught. At the Charlotte Room. Poured like light oily ginger ale, no head at all. Aroma of sour white wine, overripe apples and cores, a touch of alcohol. Taste follows the nose, but incredibly *weak* - acidic, finishes slightly sweeter than it starts - mouthfeel watery and slightly acidic. This was flat and unappealing - cider should have a lively mouthfeel, this was like distilled water. Maybe not tapped right?

Bottle poured beer yellow like bud or miller. Aroma is dry almost smells like card board. Light dry flavor, apple finish. I think this is a very good cider, not to sweet or wine cooler like.

Draft. Pours like beer. Maybe less head. Hardly any aroma at all. Flavors were decent for a cider. Very dry, and not super beery. Good if you don’t like beer and don’t want a super sweet Smirnoffy Icey type thingy.

I think ’Ice cold filtered’ should have forewarned me on this one. Tasted from the 50cL can and poured into a pint glass. Clear deep gold body, very light in carbonation I honestly thought it was still. Tinny, sulphurous nose with only the slightest hint of soft apple. Harsh and biting carbonic acid on the tongue, light in body and as crisp in the finish as it was in the start. Very light in flavour, with only a little ’artificial’ apple concentrate mid-palate that dried and became parched just before the swallow. Showed little length, which wasn’t a bad thing as it was bland as all hell in the mouth. On the bright side, it went down with ease and was overall quite clean. Nothing bad, just nothing good! (50cL can, 5.5% ABV)

why the bad ratings, this is a simple yet great cider! pours an appetizing golden colour..good bubbles, no head, smells straight, is sweet and tangy with a tasty yet smooth and mellow nip...a alcho version of appletizer!

[keg in kirky puffer] "Made from apple concentrate with sugar and sweetener." I think that is all that needs to be said.

Mediocre for a cider, which isn’t saying much in my book. Sweet/Sour finish.
