Jul 10, 2005 I don’t know why this is getting such bad ratiings. Its better than other ciders I’ve had. Its less carbonated. And drier. And its got more fruit than most ciders with a 6% abv. It reminds me of a white wine. Bottles at Redlight Redlight in Winter Park, Fl.

May 21, 2005 750 ml bottle. Light yellow color, clear with virtually no head. Aroma of tart, soured apples and vinegar. Juicy sweet, a bit of dryness and alcohol in the finish. Light body and mild carbonation. Drinkable, but not much more.

May 13, 2005 Not a bad mass-produced cider. Fairly dry with some sourness. Not very aromatic at all. A good, light finisher.
