So apparently this is the house cider at JD Wetherspoon’s, but you can pass it up. Overly sweet and syrupy, off balance with the rest of the cider. Tastes wet and appley on the lips, but leaves bad taste in mouth. Wouldn’t get it again. Give me Strongbow over this any day.

12 oz bottle. This sample near-flat (sigh); deep gold, very clear, no bubbling. Simple, light apple juice nose...flavor flat, boring, rather sour at the end. Lack of carbonation is certainly hurting this, but it tastes artificial and rather sulfurous/metallic and I doubt fizz would help that much. Drain pour; gross.

Pours with the look of a flat pale lager. Not much in the way of flavor. Has a subdued flavor with strong carbonation. Kind of bitter.

Pours yellow with little activity as far as carbonation...sweet aroma of wine and orchard...tastes much the same...like a cheap chardonnay...finishes very dry...

Remarkably clear yellow. No head/lacing and low carbonation. Lives up to its label as dry. Like a white wine. The apple flavor is a bit weak, but fairly refrershing.

Pours canary yellow, not much head. Aroma of apple and chardonnay. Tastes very tart and dry, with an apple/chardonnay finish. Not bad.

Golden color, very small head, went away immediately. Apple aroma, could tell it would be tart. Tart apple initially followed by some sweetness. Pretty thin, finished fairly dry. Kind of odd.
