330 ml. Clear pale gold with a small spit of bubbles. Aroma of apples with chemical fertilizer. Taste is sour apples and light kerosene. Light body is watery, dry and lightly carbonated. Hope this one keeps my sink from clogging in the future!

“hard” tasting at Three Cellars Milwaukee. Dry and sweet one of the better hard ciders I have had.

11.2 oz. bottle. Pours a clear gold with no head and a scattering of tiny bubbles along the wall of the glass. Very weak aroma of apples. The flavor is watered down apples with a bit of yeast in the aftertaste. Slightly dry at the finish. Thin, watery body. Dull and uninteresting.

There was almost no fizzing formation of head which made for a ugly unappetizing apple cider. The aroma was weak with only minor sign of apple and alcohol. The flavor was bland with a flat taste of carbonation and old apple juice.
