Light golden/blonde in color, slightly hazy. Medium head. Aroma of citrus, some spice, mild yeast, a touch of bubblegum. Taste is citrus, a good deal of wheat, some spice, and a nice belgian yeast character. This was a very dry beer, the yeast and citrus did give it a nice light perceived sweetness. Finishes with lingering spice, and some lingering bready/earthy yeast. Body was light, very easy drinking. It was excellent still, given that. Great taste, not too heavy, appropriate for a ballpark. yobdoog (1436), Woodridge NY, New York, USA
