The aroma is acidic and the flavour is lightly sweet, but it has a sharp acidity, almost like a geuze, but not nearly in the same charming way. It has weak notes of coriander towards the finish. Aug 20, 2006 Bottle. Yellow colour with a big fast dissapering white head. Spicy, citric, grassy, fruity aroma and taste, sweet dry. Medium body with a very dry, acid finish.

Aug 2, 2005 (Bottle 75 cl) Pale golden and slightly hazy with a tall and rather stable head. According to the label this comes with added spices - no mention of which though. It doesn’t have the typical Belgian notes of coriander and orange peel. The nose actually indicates cinnamon and cardamum! Surprisingly full-bodied with no bitterness. Interesting. 130802

Feb 27, 2005 750ml bottle. Really lovely farmyardy aroma, mixed with spicy coriander and lemon, herbal, with some gueuzy like qualities also in the nose. A little bit thin on the tongue, which was dissapointing, because i thought this would really like this given the aroma. Some nice typical orange/lemon and coriander, with some slight gueuzy acidity, interesting, but the flavour was a touch short and thin.
