An uclear yellow beer with a small dense head. It has a sharp, sour, wheat and yeast aroma. The flavor is thin and wheaty and a bit flat. Too thin for my liking. All in all nothing special on a cold spring night - probably better on a hot summer day.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pale golden and slightly hazy with a tall and rather stable head. According to the label this comes with added spices - no mention of which though. It doesn’t have the typical Belgian notes of coriander and orange peel. The nose actually indicates cinnamon and cardamum! Surprisingly full-bodied with no bitterness. Interesting. 130802

RB#4400: 75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with yeast sediments and a lacing white head. Spiced and peppery aroma. Flavour is ginger and citric sour. Ends earthy and citric with a lingering ginger note.

Bottled. Cloudy golden. Heavy lemon aroma. Medium bodied with notes of vanilla overpowered by acidic lemon and yeast. Unclean.

Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate fruity - mandarin, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (040908)

Bottle. Hazy yellow coloured with a white head. Aroma of fruits and spices with notes of citrus peel. Flavour of fruits, spices and citrus. Fizzy palate.

Blond ale, cloudy. Typical wheat ale aroma, ’spicy’, some agrumes, lightly corky. Good texture, balanced taste, some body, nice hop. Ordinary palate.

Hazy golden with medium off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with slightly sour and off notes. Flavor likewise with yeasty notes.
