bottle. Cloudy strawy-pale yellow, medium-sized head. Aroma of yeast and lemon. Medium-bodied, spicy and very hoppy for a Blanche with flavours of lemon, orange , banana and yeast, as well as a shy touch of coriander.

Jul 9, 2008 Bouteille (merci, Stephane !): Pale golden, hazy, smaller, persistent white head; sweetish-grainy-wheaty nose with a lemony fruitiness; sweet and slightly sourish flavour, light bodied; delicate wheaty-lemony finish, a bit tart and salty in the aftertaste. Unspectacular.........

Feb 20, 2008 Bottle. Banana, orange, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy orange-yellow color with moderate head. Banana, clove, and wheat malt flavor. More like a Weizen - nice.

May 31, 2007 Anaemic haze with a ring of white suds. Promisingly estery snout with sniffs of banana, lemon rind and coriander. Watery and cardboardy beyond the nose. Tastes like an accidentally frozen Hoegaarden. Cartoon Witbier.
