| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 18, 2009 This was a tough one for me. The aroma was very poeppery and spicy, even for this style. Maybe a lemon/citrus thing in the far background. The appearance was very pale yeallow, white head, typical for the style. The flavor is again very peppery, spicy, coriander, wheat, and a slight lemon flavor. The finish is again dominated by the pepper and accompanying spices, making for an uncomfortable feeling, especially on a hot day like yesterday. The mouthfeel is between thin and medium. Decently crafted, except the pepper dominated the beverage and made it less than enjoyable for me. dnstone (227), Mons, Belgium

Pouring at their booth at BCTC. Pours a clear golden yellow with a medium white head. Coriander and lemon notes. Crisp and refreshing. Nice easy drinking summer beer, and it certainly didn’t hurt it that this was light and simple towards the hottest part of the day, and after I was feeling a little beat from the event.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 7, 2009 Tap at BCTC 2009: Pale yellow golden, slightly hazy topped by white film of head. Nice aroma- coriander, lavender, some oat like qualities and a touch of bright citrus/wheat-lemon. Light body with a simpler flavor than the aromatics suggest. A bit restrained with subdued coriander and a touch of bubblegum sweet esters. Doesn’t live up to the nice aroma- but it’s decent on a hot day like this day was. ben4321 (1040), Rockville, Maryland, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 19, 2009 Location: On tap at the Brewery, 7/18/09, I think I may have had this before, can’t remember.
Aroma: Orange, lemon, coriander, banana, wheat
Appearance: Nice cloudy yellow typical look for a Belgian White
Flavor: Citrus-Fruity and sweet, light spiciness, solid flavor
Palate: Light to medium body, easily drinkable, a bit of creaminess, smooth
Overall Impression:
Nice, solid brew. Not a lot of extra information to say about this one. While I’m here, I will say the brewery was a cool place to grab a drink on a Saturday afternoon, and was particularly packed full of people enjoying 3PM beers.
