Another coriander onslaught, wheat discernible, and I seem to get some diacetyl too, even DMS (celery, cooked corn). Diacetyl-filled coriandersoup. Disgusting, even despite the lemony ending that cannot save it. Light bodied, slight wheat slickness. Horrible witbier; Huyghe at its... [sorry]. reakt (937), Greater London, England

I don’t recall how, but I ended up with a Blanche des Neiges weizen glass. It seemed only right to pick up a bottle. I was a little disappointed. Lemon, yeast and coriander nose. Taste is a bit muted - citrus and spice with some fruit hints. Finish was short lived, but as lemony as Hoegaarden. Shame.
