Bottled. Hazy yellow, minor white head. Aroma contains wheat and the flavour contains mainly wheat, it has an aftertaste that I can’t determine...

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with very small white head. Wheat and citrus in aroma. Flavour at first is typical witbier, but at some point it turns into dishwater. Unpleasant finish and aftertaste.

Enough creamy even if much fading foam. Yellow pale color, a lot hazy and with one good fizz. Lightly lean and unbalanced scent; acidulous notes, moldy white grapes and wheat. Lightly pungent taste with detached lemon and clear must notes. Short end, absent bitter.

Draught, at Delirium Cafe. Light amber with white head, mostly diminishing, good lacings. Aroma light/moderate malty, light hoppy and yeasty (citrus). Flavor light/moderate sweet and acidic, short duration. Light body, watery, soft carbonated. To light!

Tasted this from the bottle on the first warm day that we’ve had this spring. Poured into a stumpy tulip, palest pastel yellow body, misty, with ultra fine carbonation raising up a decent sized, soapy white lather of foam that lasted and left some legs. Yeasty, breadcrumbs, sweet pineapple and vinegar nose; not what I expected of a wit. Summery and fresh, fruity and quite delicate on the tongue. Subtle flavours of pineapple, grapefruit and white wine mixed with a little bready, sourdough mid-palate and some sour lemons in the back. Finish was quite crisp with only the slightest hint of citric acid lingering between mouthfuls. Quite light on, but well made for a thirst quencher. Easy drinking!!! (33cL, BBE 12/06)

Misty pale yellow. Flowery, spicy, clove, pine needles nose. Complex flavour. Lots of spicyness. Some hints of bananas. A little grassy. Sweet finish.

On draught at Delirium Café, Göteborg. Hazy pale golden. Big fruity(banana, canned fruits) nose. Butter/Diacetyl lurks behind. The flavour is immensely big. Mouthfeel is light. Taste is smallish notes of choriander with that curacao touch and an underlying sourish tone. I found this very estery, although "it is not supposed to be so". This very tasty Wit very well held up to the expectations of the opening of Delirium Café in Göteborg!
