Nov 22, 2003 Hazy with a bright white frothy head which didn't quite last the whole drink. Slight taste of banana and lemon zest. Easy drinking but not full flavoured would be good for a hot summers day.

Oct 17, 2003 Pour's a cloudy golden color, with minimal head. Thin and water body, with a sweet taste of maybe banana and cloves. Easily a drink that could be consumed by the barrel loads during summer.

Sep 22, 2003 Reminds me VERY much of Delirium Tremens which is a good thing. Small head on it that quickly disappeared. Cloudy honey orange colour. It is not as full bodied as a Delirium Tremens but it is only 5% so it doesn't need to blend as much as the DTs. Lightly spicy, fruity and not bitter. No foul banana flavours presented themselves to me in this brew. As for aroma it is strong in volatiles but if you enjoy it in Delirium Tremens you should be right.

Sep 19, 2003 Spicy, sweet aroma. Light yellow coloured, cloudy and a lasting head. Flavor is filled with spices, some honey and it's quite sweet. Refreshing, bit watery palate.

Aug 22, 2003 Very light cloudy yellow color, short lasting head. Typical Wallonian white. More yeasty and spicy coriander, less citrussy. I prefer flemish belgian whites or german wheat, but not something in between actually.

Aug 20, 2003 Pours cloudy white blonde with a medium white head. Sweet citrus and spice yeasty aroma. Thin water like body with slight carbonation tingle. Sweet quite bland taste with a very slight bitter finish. Hint of sour lemon to it. Quite a letdown because the aroma was rather nice.

Aug 17, 2003 Faint hazy lemon honey with medium sized short lasting head. Medium strong artificial chicken noodle soup and light fruity nectar and spicey yeast aroma.Thin insipid flat watery cider like body. Bland light bitter sweet with touch of sourdough flavours. Definitely the worst Belgian Wit I've rated. Not good.

Aug 4, 2003 Interesting beer we have here folks. Pours a straw colored blond with a stringy white head. The nose is spice and some yeast but also dried fruit. The taste is what throws me. There is spice and some sweetness but it finishes with a bitter or sour aftertaste that I can't put my finger on. Not sour apple. Maybe blueberry or raspberry or another tart fruit. Can't place it. Decent beer and somewhat refreshing. Worth trying.
