Blanche banale e proprio brutta a vedersi, schiuma pochissima che se ne va in un battere d’occhio; per il resto molto convenzionale e abbastanza beverina. La giornata di caldo e la temperatura notevolmente bassa a cui l’ho bevuta me l’ha fatta apprezzare forse più del dovuto, ma ho comunque fatto una discreta fatica a finire la bottiglia da 75cl comprata all’Ipercoop ieri.

Aug 9, 2008 [1438-20080531] Bottle. Mostly wheat and slightly sour spices in the aroma with a bit of meaty sausage. Hazy, yellow orange body with a quick foamy white head. Spicy wheat flavour has a bit of bubbly sourness. Light-medium body has nice bubbles. Refreshing, nicely made.

Jul 22, 2008 Almost muddy yellow with one of the littlest wit head I’ve ever seen. Strong faint spiciness, suffering yeast, an hint of citrusy. Light body. Useless.

Jun 4, 2008 2008-05-31. Pastel yellow, small white head. Mild floral, yeast and lemon in the aroma. (6+) Flavour is much the same as the aroma, mild yeast, light lemon notes. (6+). Appearance: Light , snowy murky haze on gold. Medium , fine top.
Nose Clean , good wheat character , rich farm, fruity feel with slight citric tone.7-.
Flavor/Palate : Chewy , raw mashed malt like with wheat scent. Slight citric-acidic like with soft orange peel hint. Drinkable neat brew.
