You must drink it on tap to appreciate it. Also loses it’s allure as it warms up, so drink it quickly while it’s cold. The aroma is not that appealing, but the taste is quite a bit better than many other "low end" beers. It’s more than worth a try if you can find it on tap! heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA

This poured from the can with a pale yellow body and a thin white head. The aroma was grainy corn with some hint of cheap perfume. The taste had some dry corn meal and a finish that is a little meaty and soapy. This is not too bad. Fonix7 (50), Toledo, Ohio, USA

How can anything that’s named <font color="brown">Blatz</font&g be good? Oh, don’t try and convince me otherwise. I’ve had this stuff before and determined that not drinking anything at all was a wiser choice. Yes, this is the beer that I chose not to drink after the first one. Wasted money, sober evening.
Blatz sounds like a bodily function. It shouldn’t be the name of something you drink, even though it actually does taste like a bodily function.
