Jul 29, 2005 Draught. Pours hazy cloudy yellow with no head. Wheat and banana yeast (dough) aromas with lemon notes. Acidic lemon and wheat flavor with a malt (hay) body and lemony hop finish. Light and refreshing palate. This one is overboard on the lemon flavor with not much emphasis placed on the wheat and yeast typical with a hefeweizen.
