| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 7, 2007 Our waiter told me that this was the same as Raw Wheat, only filtered. Perhaps, but this one seemed considerably more balanced than the Raw. It pours a crystal clear yellow with lots of rising bubbles and a thin white head. The nose is a muted citrus and wheat. Light to medium-bodied, slick and crisp. The flavor is a round, sweet wheat with a citrus backing. A decent quaffer, but nothing to get too excited about. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 28, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. The body was clear gold with a white colored head. The light aroma was earthy hay with a little bit of banana. The taste was old banana with some strange artificial strawberries. There was also some nasty abc gum. harlequinn (2745), Tacoma, Washington, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 30, 2006 Not alot of discernable tastes in the flavor profile or in the aroma. This is just almost pilsner like, with very little if any wheaty qualitites, other than the appearance. Some light citrus and slightly toasted cereal maltiness. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 2, 2006 On Tap: A weak beer in smell, taste, and in mouthfeel. It was quite good, just not quite enough of it for me. No carbonation or head at all. Aromas and flavors (however little) of citrus, flowers, and sugary cereal. henry3r (586), Wichita, Kansas, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 15, 2005 The tap poured a clear, golden yellow beverage with a small white frothy head that was mostly diminishing and left a fair amount of lacing on the glass. The aroma was very light, rather hard to detect. It had no discernable hop aroma but did have just a hint of sour fruit in the background. The body was light with a dry texture and soft carbonation. The initial flavor has a very light sour fruit taste to it. This sourness stays through the middle into the finish. There is also a light alcohol finish to this one. Braudog (3770), Dayton, Ohio, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 12, 2005 Yellowy beer without any visual distinction. This is heavily gristy and very malt, almost along the Koelsch line. Good.
