Pours a copper body with a white head. Grass y floral green tea like bitterness. Tea leafs, and fresh cut grass. Black tea and a mild tawny bitterness. Awesome. Tippie4 (97), Auburn, Maine, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 12, 2005 A golden-amber brew with a nice sticky side. Pleasant light hop flowery essence, but extremely restrained. Well balanced; a good beer when you went to drink a whole bunch. ¾ (5006), Boulder, Colorado, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 24, 2004 Golden yellow, a little sour malts similar to Full Sail Pale Ale. Good hefty body with a light bitterness and flavor of hops. Cascade hop finish, like when you eat a hop pellet on brewday. The residual hop element is really nise... surprised that it’s so light in color... quite good overall. beastiefan2k (1605), Lawrence (formely NYC), Kansas, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 27, 2009 Tap at KCBM competition. Pours is completely clear amber. Aroma is hoppy with citrus and tangerine hops, just a beautiful medley of citrus and tropical fruit hops. Taste losses some of that crispy hoppiness, still clean and a bit of slickness-like flavor coming off. unclemike (833), Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA

Poured a a light orange body, not much of a head though, the hops add a great flavor. Overall a pretty good beer. If in the Topeka area stop in an taste. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 24, 2004 Big flowery hoppy aroma from a light clear/orange colored ale. Mostly leaning towards the hops (which are wickedly strong at the finish) there are some nice sweet toasty malts in the middle. harlequinn (2745), Tacoma, Washington, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 30, 2006 Very light to the lighter side of medium bodied. Nice floral hoppy aroma, with some light citrus and a bit of a cookie dough maltiness. Slightly bittersweet, with some nice caramel maltiness, and a semi lingering finish, that is slightly bitter. A good pale ale to sit around and drink all day.
