Gregis (1132), Shawnee, Kansas, USA Sep 6, 2007 Served clear pale yellow with a thin cap of creamy, white head; laces well. The aroma is fairly muted, but I detected bright fruity hops and bready malts on the nose. Light-bodied and thin, smooth and crisp with a lightly dry finish. The flavor is light biscuity malt with a bold lemon backing; crisp, refreshing, and a tad sour on the finish. If you want a thirst-quencher, it’ll do the job. And it tastes a lot better than the BMC crap they sell here for the less adventurous. Who actually goes to a brew pub and orders a Bud Light? Those people should be taken to the parking lot and beaten like piñatas. Of course that’s just my opinion. I could be wrong.
