Sep 23, 2008 Tap at the brewpub. Medium gold body with a bright white head. Aroma of orange peels and some fresh cut wood. The taste has some rich notes of creamed celery. There is also a little bit of wood. The mouthfeel is thick for the style. This could use some more hops to balance the heavy body.

Sep 2, 2008 Taster at the brewpub. Pour is clear light golden with a smallish white head. Aroma of faint grassy hops, and nice maltiness. Taste is clean bright grassy hops and softly sweet maltiness. Additionally, there is a nice floral component. Nicer full body. Clean pils, enjoyable.
