| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 15, 2004 Lightly hazy pale yellow color, almost the color of a witbier. Served with a lemon wedge at the brewpub. Light citrusy character, very light body, moderate wheaty character. Clean. Easily the best of their 3 wheats that were on. ¾ (5006), Boulder, Colorado, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 24, 2004 Lemonade appearance, light lemon nose, medium bodied, which feels thick with respect to other American wheats. Not much going on: grainy, wheaty... that’s all. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA

The aroma was light lemons and mild apples. The taste was wheat bread with some old pears. There was also a hint of bubblegum. An ok wheat.
