I’ve been impressed with all the beers I’ve had so far, this was no exception. A very floral IPA, pine and citrus from the hops, a touch spicy. Excellent body and a crisp bitter dry finish. Aroma – Huge Hops aroma in this beer.
Appearance – Amber in color, Thin head and clear.
Flavor – The hosp took this beer over and gave the malt nothing. The beer was flavorful for a IPA. Strong hops for sure and the citrus came through nicely.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, good texture with a dry citrus finish.
Overall – This was a PAC NW IPA. This fit the bill take your tongue and smack it around this left nothing but bitter, citrus hops on the mind.
