Commercial Description:
Our summer wheat ale brewed in the Belgian Wit tradition. White wheat malt makes up 50% of the grain bill. Brewed with just enough ground coriander, bitter & sweet orange peel, and clove at the end of the boil to provide subtle aromas and flavors. Local honey adds yet another layer of flavor and a dry refreshing finish. Then Belgian yeast provides notes of bubblegum, and a tart mouth feel. 25 IBU’s

On tap at Block-15 in Corvallis, OR--Poured a golden. sopay, murky orangish body with a thin white swirling head. Phenolic banana and honeyed nose. Crisp, but not too carbonated. Sweet, mildly sour finish. A very delectable beer worthy of a growler fill on the way home from our camping trip.
