Pours copper coloured, and sports a creamy, dense head. The aroma is very fruity and somewhat flowery. It is full bodied and dominated by a sweet mango flavour and candyish tofee. It has rich, thick mouthfeel and a lingering sweet mango finish. It is an excellent ale when sampled in small amounts, although a full bottle gets almost cloying. Dorqui (1361), Brescia, Italy

Dense and friable foam, very lively. Determined and warm scent. Notes of caramel, hay, grass and malt on the end. Elevated alcoholic perception, much powerful and solid. Light smoothly with an increasing bitter in the end. Jerre (1755), Waregem, Belgium

I thought Bkink: bloesem was a nice example of honey beer, this one is just even better.
pours hazy golden, thick white head.
aroma is floral with a thick honey nose that is just sweet and enjoyable.
taste, honey, and a lot of honey adding to a nice sweet palate that becomes almost sticky.
smooth, borderline mead like with some floral hops.
I am getting a lot of natural touch here that just give the palate the impression the honey was just collected.

Initial honeyed aroma gives way to good grainy malt and flowery perfume notes. Full bodied in the mouth with a pleasant malty sweetness laced with honey and a subtle salty spiciness developing. Finish is sweet and sticky and smooth, with definite honey notes and a hint of bitterness. Seemed to me like a nice mix of Belgian triple and pale German bock.

Aroma i honey, caramel, spices, slight alcohol too. Flavour is honey, caramel, some spices and slight earthyness. Flavour hides the alcohol very well. Nice and refreshing. jerohen (1614), Bussum, Netherlands

Aroma of honey, malts, some fruit and flowers. Sweet, but not annoyingly sweet flavour. I like this one.
