Commercial Description:
Amber Ale brewed with Wild Maine Blueberries.
An amber ale brewed with all natural ingredients, including real wild blueberries and wild blueberry juice from the State of Maine this beer has a light crisp body and subtle wild blueberry aroma and taste, but is not sweet like many fruit beers. These characteristics have made the beer popular with all age groups, especially young adults and make the beer a popular part of many beer cocktails and mixed beer drinks. For instance, many people enjoy the beer as a part of a “Black and Blue;” an alternative to a “Black and Tan".

A really good beer. I had it at a beer tasting and bought a six pack. Sweet but not sugery it could have been a little heavier but I truly think its great for summer. I recomend it to people who hate bitter after tastes. This has a really good one.

One of the best beers I've ever had. It has a great blueberry taste- only avoid if you don't like blueberries.

Just a dang wonderful beer! The comments about Blueberry muffins are generally right on the mark. This isn’t a beer for beer snobs, but for folks who want a beer flavored with fruit, it’s excellent. If you want fruit flavored with beer, try Leinenkugels instead. Definitely one my top 5 beers.

I think I like this beer as the fact that it is not sweet like any other fruit beer. Wild Maine blueberry is another plus fo this beer. Since they use real fruit in it (not many beers have this), handling in appropriate temperature is very important. Don’t put it in warm or direct sun places, otherwise, you won’t get the real smooth and crisp aroma and taste.

Heavy Blueberry aroma, a hint of blueberry flavor (not sugary sweet), I actually enjoyed this fruit ale!

I really enjoy a good fruit beer now and again, and felt this was one of the better I have had. The blueberry aroma is fairly evident, but the subtle blueberry taste (evident but not overwhelming) makes this a very drinkable and refreshing fruit beer.

I loved this blueberry ale. It has a very low rating, i don’t know why. Personally i thought that blu creek did an amazing job at a bluberry flavored amber. The aroma is extremely desirable. and the flavor is uniquely frothy and not overly sweet. This is an ultimate session beer.

The previous descriptions hit the nail on the head, this is less a blueberry beer and more of a blueberry MUFFIN beer - if you don’t believe me, go taste one. I can’t explain the presence of a sweet, doughy flavor and aroma, but it’s there. Not quite as world-class as Marin Bluebeery Ale, but close. Semi-sweet and well-flavored. Job well done.
