Commercial Description:
An all-natural beer hand crafted in small batches with an invigorating blend of real Wisconsin Ginseng root grown in northern Wisconsin - the most potent ginseng available in the world; stimulating certified organic Gingko Biloba; and powerful Guarana that is sustainably wild harvested in Brazil. These botanicals infuse the beer with potent ingredients that are known to boost stamina, improve circulation, and increase energy levels. The result is uniquely different ale that refreshes more than just the thirst!

I am not sure why, but for some reason, this beer taste a lot like Blatz to me. I guess it's a good thing I like Blatz!

Dark bright golden/orange color - very little head. The nose is very fruity with some light hops, sweet and slightly organic. Lightly tart at the front. Light sweetness and a roasty hoppiness in the middle. Slightly tart throughout, saves it a bit, quite fruity. I have no idea what any of those herbs taste like, so its hit or miss really.

The ginseng is the most noticeable feature of the taste, along with the slight sourness - it really jumps out at you, but not in a harsh way. Some mild herbal notes, but they're list in the ginseng and the malt. Almost forgot to mention the nice aroma - citrusy. All in all, I could see some people getting into this. It's moderately complex and shouldn't be routinely dissed just because it's an "herbal ale."

Amber body, small head quickly diminishing, herbal nose. Malty, with herbal finish. Drinkable.

Well I can say this for sure, it didn't have much SPAM in it!I think it had ever other ungodly creation in it though.Overkill marketing, why not just through every cure in there and say it not only cures a cough but can remove the piant from your house.

poured a hazy orangish-amber color with a small head..aroma had sour tones to it and spit forth wispers of honey sweetness, lemon, dried spices, and must..hinting at lemon coughdrops at times...light and refreshing flavors start out showing signs of honey, lemon, flowers, and herbs..but a grainy ending takes away from the smoothness..ending in a wheatbread-like aftertaste...

Very carbonated. That is it's highest quality besides the fact that it actually looks like a beer. The stuffed cabbage, Kimshi (sp?) nose was the first tell-tale sign that this was going to be gross. I then read the label... The last thing I want in a beer is some oddball wrong-proven additives that are supposed to stimulate my brain and wake me up. The taste was a jumbled mess of vitamins, grass, and some mild hops in the finish. Yuk!

Stewed cabage and chewed vitamins. Has the feeling of tall weeds on a hot humid summer day. Interesting experiment, but needs more reworking.
