Aug 23, 2009 Pour is a hazy orange-amber. Flavor is hoppy. Bold, bitter and tasty. Decent balance, but the hops are good and strong. I approve.

Appearance: Amber with a small, foamy, white head
Aroma: Heavy caramel nose and lots of butter. Uh oh.
Taste: Caramel, slight bitterness, buttery.
Palate: Medium carbonation with a medium mouthfeel. Medium-short, buttery finish.
Overall: Tastes more like an overmalted bitter than a pale ale. I think something went awry with this one.

Mar 5, 2009 Sampled at the brewery. Floral hop nose with light caramel. Clear amber golden. Grassy and floral hop flavor with moderate caramel sweetness. Finish is dry with medium bitterness. Pretty good stuff.

Feb 14, 2009 Pours a clear copper color with a decent lacing head. Nice hoppy aroma. Light malty presence as well. Nice hoppy flavor with a decent balance of malt as well. Floral notes as well. Light bitter finish. Decent beer.

reddish amber color with a half-finger head. Low retention and
poor lacing. Vegetal hops in the aroma with some strangely sweet
and salty flavors. Taste is bitter hops and butterscotch. Medium
bodied with high carbonation. Diacetyl bomb.
