Commercial Description:
Premium American Light Lager. Smooth in texture and made with the best German Pilsner Malt. No corn or rice are used in making this Lager. We use American Saaz hops and a Southern German Yeast from Munich to make this light and very drinkable Lager. Premium Amer. AAU’s 12

On tap at Blue Canoe. Pour is a very pale yellow with light malty corn aromas. Flavor is similarly bland and macro-uninspiring.

Sampler paddle: Light and bright beer, definately light in body and malt flavor, mildly hopped to compensate, Lawnmower beer to be sure but still better than the macros
