Sampled at the Slippery Rock Beer Festival. Peppery nose with coriander, light yeast and a bit of orange note. Light hops, mildly sweet. Nice wit aroma, mostly peppercorn. Light hazy pale with white frothy lacing head. Medium watery body with medium-light carbonation and light chalky finish. Starts with light wheat sweetness, mild yeast flavor and tons of peppercorn. Smooth and quenching with an underlying spicyness. Light chalky finish with great peppercorn after. Nice wit.
