Blue Cat Hefeweizen

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a cloudy yellow-orange color. Head was thin and white. Aroma was of distinct bubble gum. Tasted of fresh cereal grain, bubble gum, and banana bread. Good hefe.

Cloudy yellow-gold with a medium-sized frothy white head. Clovey, ripened banana aroma with more emphasis on the cloves than the bananas. Caramalized banana sweetness to the flavor with a definite wheat graininess/sourness. A solid hefeweizen, just a tad grainier than what I’m used to.
