Blue Cat Rambling Raspberry

Had on tap at the brewpub in a pint glass, but unfortunately I didn’t take tasting notes beyond the numberes.

Draft at the brewpub. Smelled of subdued raspberry juice and light brown sugary malt. Poured a clear dark ruby-brown color with a fizzy white head that reduced quickly to a tattered film. There wasn’t really any lace to speak of. Slightly sweet, yet slightly tart up front, eventually drying out in the middle and into the finish. Light body with flavors similar to the aroma including raspberry, fruit juice, and a hint of brown sugar. So so.
