Jul 28, 2009 From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild citric to acidic estery and wheaty. Dry estery banana fruity flavoured. Slight phenolic and dry finish.

Jul 14, 2009 Draft at the brewpub. An unclear light golden beer with a lazing thin white head. The aroms has notes of lemon, wheat, and chlorine - is it the water? The flavor is sweet with odd wheaty notes combined with notes of yeast, banana, and cholirine, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

May 30, 2009 At Sudwerk Beerfest 2009. This hazy yellow beer poured with a thin white head and a wheat aroma. The flavor is a bit thin, with lots of banana ester. Refreshing but not particularly interesting.

May 3, 2009 Poured into a tulip glass.
Poured a crystal yellow, I swirled the bottle, and got no additional body, just a ton of foam.
Smells of banana peel and corriander.
Taste is kind of bleh. Watery, not too much wheat in the body. Lots of corriander. Slight banana on the back end.
One of the worse craft hefes i’ve had.
