Commercial Description:
So named because it had to endure long sea voyages from breweries in England to outposts on the fringes of the British Empire. IPA is a high alcohol, well-hopped brew to enable it to last the voyage and not spoil. 50 IBU's, 15.38 Plato, 6.3% ABV

Pours copper golden with decent off white head. Nose is hoppy and strangely pepper. The flavor goes more vegital.

Gold color. Grainy malts, soft hops and light citrus. Flavor is the same, with too much carbonation going on for me. Forgettable IPA.

22 oz. bottle - pours clear and gold; lacing remains as white head fades; aromas of stale hops and drinks with a grainy texture; fruity and wet finish; bitters are muted; decent, but nothing to write home about

22 oz bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar: Clear golden color with a small white head. Light floral citrus aroma. Flavor is fruity and orangy with a light grassy bitterness and a fairly dry orange rind finish. Medium body is sticky with moderate carbonation.

4oz sample from the Blue Frog in Fairfield, CA. Just like Timfoolery it smelled a little like vinyl. The hops were bitter that left a bad taste in my mouth. Not one of your better IPA’s.
