Jan 9, 2009 10/18/08 On draught at the brewpub, Fairfield, Ca. Aroma is caramel sweetness forward with a faint c-hop background. Appearance is clear gold with a well maintained white head . Flavor is earthy bitter forward with light simple sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a slight acidic tang and low carb texture. Overall, not very easy drinking.
