Commercial Description:
OG 13.5 Plato, 31 IBUs, 6% Alc. by Vol. "Red Frog Ale: A little aggressive, at times wild, but like any good red head should be... always dependable. A generous addition of hops late in the boil and after fermentation help balance this beer's malty profile. Enjoy with your favorite red head, brunette, baldy, or whoever. Just Enjoy It!

A malty aroma. Looks nice. Flavor is pretty good, not too heavy or light and a pretty good balance of hops and malts. Tasty.

22 oz. bottle - color of amber , with a thick tan head –pleasant nose of cookie , malts , slight spruce and floral – taste of baking chocolate , resin , rough hop (weird for 31 IBUs), cinnamon , slight citrus , and orange - body is slightly rough , and with medium high carbonation – aftertaste of orange , slight lemon/lime , malt , and smooth

Hazy amber color. Aroma of caramel, dry, and nice hops. Weak body, with a good caramel flavor and quite strong bitterness, without exaggerating. The final is caramel and hops too, long and dry. Good.

22-ounce bottle from AliBaba’s. A very good beer indeed: Half inch creamy head in the bottle. Rich cream and nuts throughout. Slight bitterness initially, fading gradually. No sweetness to speak of. Viscous and satisfying. A pleasant surprise for me as I was expecting a little less. Thanks Frog.

Bottle from Bevmo. Malt profile offers a caramel & roast profile, hops flavors come through and help with the finish. Overall this is not striking a chord but it’s certainly drinkable.

Good deep malt flavor the hops behind where very tasty and aromatic. Liked the coloring and the finish. This was a very good beer. The beer was more like a Scottish then a red but it was tasty never less.
