Commercial Description:
Our iced apple is made using a process called "Cryo-extraction", in which the apple juice is flash frozen. As the juice is thawed the very sweetest of the juice is collected to produce this remarkable wine. The finished product is a very smooth, full-bodied wine with a long finish. <br /><br /> Editor’s note: Made at the Fort for Blue Heron Fruit Winery in Pitt Meadows.

Very deep golden colour. Aroma of spiced apple crumble. Very well-toasted apple crumble. Simple, but nonetheless sweet & soothing. Bottle, from the winery shop in Pitt Meadows (Dewdney Trunk Rd).
