(12oz bottle, thanks Peregrinari) Hazy straw body topped by small white head. Aroma is medium sweet, berry, bread, light honey. Taste is medium sweet, straw/grassy, some bread. Decent hoppiness. Light-medium body, some resin. Solid organic beer.

12oz bottle. Poured a lighter and hazy straw color with a small sized white head. Aromas of citrus, grass, and I’m getting a lighter butteriness. Thin tastes of grass, grains, and lemons. Thin all the way around.

This pours a very pale yellow body with a slender, short-lived head. It has a grainy, sugary sweet aroma with just a slight whiff of grasses. Pretty sweet drinking, but the grasses gain some bitterness in the flavor. Lightly bitter finish. Mostly harmless.

Bottle: Pours a crystal clear yellow color with a light white head. The nose is toasty with a subtle husk and doughy note along with a crisp underlying hop note. The flavor has a thin body plus a fairly large snap of bitterness followed by a dry hoppy tail. The thinness of the body is further felt in the finish but it’s weird how toasty it smells for such a shitty body. Nice quaff and nice bitterness. Appropriate but something is missing. Like a hollow gem.

Bottle from World Market, Cincy. Poured clear amber color with a minimal frothy white head that mostly diminished with virtually no lacing. Moderate citrus aroma. Light to medium body with a watery texture. Light sweet flavor with a light bitter finish of short duration.

Bottle from Liquid Solutions. Aroma is lightly sweet, and seems to have diacetyl. Very pale gold color with a decent white head. Medium body with creamy carbonation. The flavor is bready and herbal, and a tad buttery. A variation on noble hop, I suppose. Finish is rather dry, and there is a decent amount of bitter. Actually makes my mouth pucker a bit. Barring herby rather than grassy, this is one heck of a pilsner. With time some floral aspects appear. Wish brewers would put the hop profiles on the labels.

Bottle. The body was medum gold with a white head. The aroma was hay and dirt, very earthy. There was also a little bit of dandelion. The taste was fairly bitter and somewhat soapy. There was bread crust in the long lasting finish.
