Pours a dark copper with a supple of white head. Aromas of spicy ginger, caramel, light burnt malt with a hint of banana. Flavors of the roasted malts, with a hint of spice, nuts and caramel. Slightly skunked aftertaste.

How the hell is this a dubbel? Pours a mahogany color with medium to small sized light tan head. Burnt, earthy, metallic, and slightly malty. Total garbage.

12-ounce bottle. Malty aroma. Malty and caramel flavors, medium body with full mouthfeel (from carbonation). Slight hop note fades quickly. Reasonable flavor balance (not overly sweet) and supporting alcohol.

Burnt toast nose, some prunes. Reddish brown color, medium head, decent lacing. Major biscuity malt sweetness, mild spicy bitterness, actually has pretty decent balance. Spritzy carbonation, medium body, spicy slightly sweet finish. A bit sweet, but all around pretty decent beer.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown color, clear, with a minimal frothy white head. Lacing is moderate. Aromas of brown sugar, toasted malts, and hints of vanilla. Mouthfeel is moderate to start, then with a slick yet crisp finish. Flavors of caramel, brown sugar, and nicely toasted malts. Honestly a very good beer!

Pours dark amber/brown with a small white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt and a bit of roasty malt. Flavor is light caramel, grainy, with the roasted malt bitterness showing up in the finish.
