Bottle: Poured a dark amber color with a nice amount of head. The aroma was that of sweet and fruity. The flavor was quite lacking in this one. It was slightly sweet but mostly watered down. Not much flavor at all.

Faintly fruity aroma. Honey sweet flavors, sticky palate. There’s the merest hint of spice here, otherwise it’s sugary and forgetful.

This one is definitely of the Abbey style, although without many of the "bells and whistles" of traditional Belgians. There were malt flavors throughout, including caramel and syrup. All in all, a good example of a purely malty brew.

Blue Moon Full Moon. Drank this winter seasonal with another winter offering, Sam Adams Winter. Blue Moon seemed the lessor. But still not trash. Dark pour with a creamy thick head. Bitterness of the tongue but less body than the Sam A here.

Bottle poured a clear amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of burnt carmel, light spice and a hint of corn. Palate waslight bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, strange spice and some odd tomato notes with a smooth slightly dry lingering oddball flavor I can’t put my finger on. ( I won’t put my tongue on it again either!)

Golden amber color with a nice head that quickly faded. Sweet sugary aroma and flavor as one would expect from and abbey. A little thin but not too bad.

Bottle - Honey amber color with medium sized off white head and nice lacing. The aroma was fresh and sweet. Taste was clean and smooth. Good level of carbonation. No real mouthfeel, just a little sourness at the end. This was a great change from some of the heavier seasonal beers. Nothing special about this beer but it was so easy drinking, definately worth taste

Regular Blue Moon is surprisingly good, so I went into this with an open mind. Pretty weak for a winter seasonal, kind of a thin sweet taste. Maybe just a little spice, but that could be some off taste. Even for people that know nothing about beer I wouldnt recomend this - it might turn them off of better beers.
