Smells and tastes pretty much just like pumpkin pie. The only thing missing is the whip cream. A little too sweet to have more than one. clueo (112), Pennsylvania, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 9, 2007 on draft at the crescent moon. Orangey amber, smells like pumpkin and hops. Flavor is mostly pumpkin, perhaps a bit of cinnamon, and malt. A good starter fruit beer for those new to the type, but not up to modern standards for pumpkin beers, which require delicate hopping and a tingling spice mix. hammerbeck (101), Kentucky, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Nov 6, 2007 Meh. It lacked the spice and pumpkiny goodness I was expecting and was merely a decent autumn ale. Nothing spectacular.
