Oct 1, 2006 Bright amber colour. Light tan head. Mildly spicy, somewhat boring caramel/toast malt nose. Fairly watery, mainly a caramel taste. Light spice (nutmeg) note. Pretty quick finish. Maybe a bit thin on the body.

Oct 25, 2003 Clear amber with medium beige head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, light pumpkin. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, light pumpkin, hint of earthy. Somewhat acidic medium-light body. Kind of an Oktoberfest flavor lightly tinted with pumpkin.

Nov 2, 2004 Poured a medium amber color with a large off white head. I could definitely pick out the pumpkin smell in this beer (more so than many of the local brew pub pumpkin ales I’ve had of late). Light pumpkin and spice taste. Smelled better than it tasted. Nothing special, but then again, nothing too bad.

Oct 26, 2003 Updated: Sep 6, 2005Bottle... Crystal clear amber ale with a small, fizzy, off-white head. The nose is medicinal, pumpkiny and spicy with just a hint of molasses. The flavor follows suit. Medium-bodied and creamy with lively carbonation. Lightly bitter, spicy finish.
