Blue Moon Honey Blonde Ale's deep golden color is the result of a brewing process that starts with Munich and caramel malts and Perle Hops, and finishes with clover honey to produce a brew that has a balanced taste and a sweet malt finish.

Not too bad of a brew. Hazy deep gold; sweet malty/caramel aroma; very smooth texture on the palate; initially a honey sweet flavor slowly developing into a mild hop bitterness. The use of the honey done well, not too cloying or overly sweet.
