Tap. clear, light yellow color. champagne like bubbles floating up to the thin white head. Aroma of a typical, basic, American, Light Lager. Pale malt aroma. Flavor is not anything like the aroma. Malts are present, although there is a feeling of honey flavoring. To my surprise it is kinda nice. The flavors of "store brand", SUE BEE honey comes to mind, even the flavor of a honey cough drop. You may have to look for it... I found it! Palate is smooth and very nice light bodied. A surprisingly nice find from a BM"C".

bottle-Poured golden with a white head. Aroma was pretty weak. Taste is initially wheaty then yields to a sweet finish from the honey which is quite nice. I was definitely surprised by this beer, and it surpassed my low expectations.

12 oz bottle; July 22nd, 2007. Fizzy yet thick topping of head paired with a straw blonde color. Aroma is weak with artifical scents of honey, grain and lemon. The flavor is funky and real hard for me to wrap my head around it because its trying so hard to be a classic summer ale but it just comes off as Coors with some extra artifical flavoring. Not worth ever trying again and i usually give beers a second chance from the tap if i didnt like it from the bottle.

Bottle and served in my small Ayinger glass: Pours a clean golden hue with a fading fizzy head and no lace. The aroma has notes of honey, orange zest, perfumed and floral aromatics, and a hint of biscuit. The taste is rather generic which some honey sweetness over a bland bready malt background. Almost no citric twang which would have helped a lot. The mouth feel is equally bland, hardly refreshing nor crisp as advertised. Maybe is not cold enough, haha! Next please...

[Bottle] Pours golden with a medium white head. Decent lacing on the glass. Aroma was the weak point of this beer--fairly average but not offensive in any way. Taste was weakly of honey at first followed by wheat. Pretty highly carbonated. Fairly smooth. I was really surprised by this beer. I have had regular blue moon and was not a big fan of it, but this was alright.

On tap at Old Chicago as one of the beers of Summer tour. Orange flavor is somewhat masked by the distinct honey finish.A good wheat

Pours a three finger white head that fades to a thin layer leaving some lace. Clear pale amber color. Light carbonation and light-medium bodied. Faint honey nose. Flavor is light and smooth, honey comes through but orange peel doesn’t, clean finish. Good summer ale. Label has this brewed by BMBC in Toronto, Ont. $1.50 for a 12oz bottle from Capitol Convenience Concord, NH.
