12 oz bottle, I didn’t buy it, and I don’t know where it came from, 7/16/09
Aroma: Light lemon/citrus nose, a bit of honey, not much else there
Appearance: Clear and fizzy yellow color, minimal head
Flavor: Dull and uninteresting sweetness, not much else
Palate: Light body, overly carbonated
Overall Impression:
Yup, I remembered this one pretty well. I thought I’d give it another shot, but there is not a ton of excitement here. Another boring beer that a macro brewer poorly hides as a micro.

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jul 15, 2009 This is a pretty bad attempt at a Wheat Ale. Very weak aroma of wheat, weak flavor of lemon and some honey. Doesn’t look good, taste good, smell good, no thanks. fidelis83 (729), Clinton, Iowa, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jul 13, 2009 Pours yellow with a thin, clear fizzy head that has no retention at all. Aroma is off smelling grain, corn?, a little orange and floral notes. Flavor is sweet grain, sweet corn, honey, artificial sweetener, floral sweetness and just a hint of wheat. If this stuff doesn’t contain corn I would be pretty suprised. Palate is light bodied with a syrupy entry, slick middle and slightly slick, but more dry finish. This stuff really doesn’t have much going for it, a heavily filtered wheat ale with sweeteners and no character. jcr (1179), Jasper, Indiana, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jul 8, 2009 Bottle. Medium yellow body with a frothy white head that disappears slowly. Malty aroma of grain and biscuit with hints of orange and honey. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, bitter and acidic. Light to medium body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Not near as crisp and clean as its marketing would have you believe. Ungstrup (15378), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Jul 7, 2009 Bottled. A pale golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw, metal, and malt. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt as well brewing cereal, and a touch of fruit, leading to a lightly bitter finish.. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jul 3, 2009 2009 Bottle. Aroma of light wheatiness, mostly acidic fruitiness, like oranges. Pours light hazy yellow with a surprising head. Tastes similar to Blue Moon...hazy, yeasty, unfiltered, yet it has the crispness of a summer ale. Not the best mix of flavors in my opinion and a bit watery, but refreshing nonetheless. arventresca (343), Greenville, North Carolina, USA
