Hops and citrus on the nose. amber pour with a light white head. very balanced hoppy flavor with a nice citrus flavor lingering on the palate. smooth mouth feel.

has a slight orange aroma, slight hop taste with a hint of orange, not too much cooking here.

12oz bottle. A clear dark amber color with a decent head. Aroma is spices, caramel and light hops. Flavor is mostly sweet malt with light spiciness and mild hops. Easy drinking and one of the better Blue Moons.

12 oz bottle into a pint glass Smells like homebrew - hops and a metal tang. Flavor is malt, dusty bitterness and light hop flavor.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12oz bottle into a pint glass. A best before date is printed on the bottle. Appearance: The body has a deep golden color with very good clarity. On top the head builds up a light fluffy layer of soapy foam before quickly fading down to a small ring on the top. It is just off white in color and its lacing is very slick and slides down the glass. Smell: The aroma has a light sweetness of malt with a hint of citrus and a very slight spicy accent. Taste/Mouth feel: The main body has an almost honey like sweetness with a slight hint of citrus, mild spices and a fruity melon like thing going on. There are some light hop notes as well that work nicely with the subtle spices. It finishes on the sweet side with a smooth, wet and mellow texture. Its carbonation is soft and its medium gives it an easy drinkability. Notes: Overall it’s fairly simple and safe. Its note a stand out but it slides down nicely.

Overall Impression: This one is basically the definition of OK...nothing too exciting, but enjoyable, drinkable...

Appearance: Pours a clear, amber-hued body with a full inch of lasting, off-white foam on the house. Smell: Simple, humble pale malts with bits of caramel and bread. Mild whiff of citrus hops alongside a drop of orange oil. Meager hint of hibiscus. Taste: Pale malts, lightly toasty and lightly sweet caramel. A mild flavor of hibiscus -- a stern reminder of the herbal-blend tea bags I always get around to dead last in the assortment box (maybe today will be the day for them). Citrusy touch of orange peel, but also from the use of Cascade hops. Light bitterness. The final half is a mix of light floral, fruity, toasty maltiness hints. Finishes smooth but quick. At no point did I clearly detect any distinct yeast-derived esters or characteristic phenols. Huh. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Nothing here particularly cries "Belgian!" However, it’s reasonably likable and certainly more enjoyable than most of the mundane product Coors shuffles out the door.

Pours a clear, golden amber body. The aroma is very very feint - maybe some hops? The taste is extremely watered down. Disappointing, but not surprising.
