Jun 30, 2008 12oz bottle from BevMo! Pours a clear bronze color with a fizzy white head. Not really a wheat ale. Had some citrus notes and some maltyness to the aroma. Kind of a dry taste. Hint of lime. Bitter finish.

Jun 29, 2008 Tasting this, i thought it resembled closer to a lightly hopped american pale ale. Pours orangeish with a small head, aromas are somewhat citrusy and of subtle hops. mouthfeel is full and creamy, little fruit on the finish. otherwise decent beer.

Jun 29, 2008 Its OK, the aroma its practically non-existent,the body its like a brown ale, with soap-bubbles-like head,the flavor has some sour lime present quite not good,altough its very subtle doesnt fit well in the recipe,the palate, its a bit acid but from that quite forgettable.Overall its nothing outside of this world.

Jun 20, 2008 Bottle. Soft amber pour. Tall light tan head. Almost white. Spotty lacing on the glass. Nose is soft lime, caramel, and grains. Kind of bland at times. Taste is cereal/grains, soft caramel, hint of lime and some light hops. Body is medium with a strong bubbly carbonation. The finish is more cereal/grains, light caramel, sparse lime flavors and light hops. Meh.

Jun 18, 2008 This is a refreshing brew that is far better than the average, boring, wheat. The lime leaves and peel come through as more of a generalized citrusy flavor, with banana notes set against the when base, all riding upon a pleasantly carbed mouthfeel.

Jun 17, 2008 Medium amber body with an off white head. Not much of an aroma except a hint of caramel and lime. The flavor is of caramel, hint a lime and a hint of honey. A semi sweet brew that is out of balence, but not to bad. The taste all around is a little different than what I’m used to, as it is the lime with caramel malts that don’t seem to ride well with me.

Jun 17, 2008 Bottle. Pours copper colored with a small white head. Has a grainy wheat aroma with a touch of lime, and a small amount of yeast. The flavor is disappointing, most of the other Blue Moon beers are much better. Flavor is watery, some wheat, and small amount of bitterness. Really tastes like a light beer.
