Bottle. Pours an amber color. Kind of spritzy. Lime citrusy, light malts. Ok

bottle. large creamy off-white head (mostly dissapating) into sparkling clear amber with good lacing. aroma of light limes, wheat, and malts. flavor is lightly bitter throughout with a touch of speech. thin mouthfeel. texture is watery. short thin duration on finish. Alright stuff.

pours a clear copper with a medium white head. Woody malt aroma with a light hint of lime. Malty flavour with a light citrus finsih.

Poured a medium-bodied light copper with a decent white, foamy head. Smelled fainly of limes. It had a lot of flavor for a seemingly macro-brew and had a real smooth finish. It was pretty carbonated and very drinkable. I liked this much more than the regular Blue Moon and would definitely recommend this to others. I can see this being in the top list of my preferred spring-time brews.

At the check-out counter my friend said to the cashier, "I hope this doesn’t taste like crap." We tried everything we could think of to make it taste better, including the addition of even more lime, but nothing could really save this brew. It was quite bad. Having never tried any of the other Blue Moon titles other than the classic Belgian White, I didn’t know what to expect. It was consumed straight from the bottle first, and then from a pint glass. Not so good either way.

Bottle and served in pint glass: Light amber hue with creamy lasting head and good lace. The aroma has notes of DMS, grains and wheat husks, dusty yeast, some light lime and apple, and a touch herbal. The taste has indeed a nice kick of lime twang over the base of caramel and husky malts. There is a hint of honey and herbal qualities as well. The mouth feel is sprite and refreshing enough. I found this to be quite drinkable but then again I like lime.

Golden amber, slightly hazy with a thick white head. Subtle aroma of grain and citrus. Flavor is spicy and lightly sweet with a hint of lime. Decent enough body. Fairly tasty, I suppose, but middle-of-the-road overall.
