Flavor has a little lime flavor (tartness) but is also a bit sweet. Again lots of wheatiness to the flavor. A refreshing enough beer. joeyv120 (16), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 7, 2008 Other lime beers I’ve tried have way too much lime flavor, this seems to have just the right amount. As bigguns22 mentioned below, goes good with tex-mex foods and other spicy foods. Recommended for a hot sunny day. vyvvy (2068), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Apr 6, 2008 Pours clar amber with a large khaki head. Aroma is kin of boring with typical American wheat traits, a hint of butter, light lime and a hint of mustiness. Medium body with somewhat harsh mouthfeel and minor carbonation. The taste isn’t good at all. There is an off-putting sour lime (not good sour), medicine and artificial sweetness. Best to pass on this beer. bigguns22 (106), Maryland, USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Apr 5, 2008 Orange and lime hints in the flavor, a bit like a weaker original BM. Not very impressive or otherwise remarkable. Found this beer to have less flavor and body than the regular Blue Moon. I’ll admit that I’m a huge BM fan, and was disappointed by this beer. I think serving it with a lime garnish would enhance the over all flavor of this beer. citrus, pale, clear, medium sweetness, perhaps a good hot summer afternoon beer Aubrey (2777), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Apr 3, 2008 Nice orange hue with a slight haze; foamy head with big and little, tightly packed bubbles. Light, watery texture with a mildish carbonation, even though it had some spritziness to it. Malts were light and sweet (bread, watered-down caramel, honey). Light, herbal bitterness. Hints of orange. Lime peels were evident, and I actually thought it was a nice addition to the beer. Overall, the beer was a bit shallow, but it was also refreshing and surprisingly non-offensive. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Apr 3, 2008 Poured from the bottle this has a decent look to it, a billowing white head (with loads o’ lace) floating atop a clear, pale amber body. The aroma has some soft wheat scents covered by sweet (?) lime juice. When you taste it, it goes to the typical Wheaties flavor with a hint of caramel and a good dose of watered down lime-ade splashed in. I rather not have this again.
