Aroma is heavily hopped and smells fresh. Taste reflects the high hop character along with hints of lime. Very smooth palate and full flavor that fills your mouth. I cant believe its rated so low but I hope this spring season more people get to enjoy this beer and realize how good it is. Much better than regular Blue Moon. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 29, 2008 Wow what can I say, this was way better than I thought it would be! Discribed ingredients come through on the nose, with a weak wheat aroma. Appearance as discribed, Amber Wheat, with quickly disappearing white head. Flavor is okay, the lime really comes through, then the malt. You don’t really detect the hop character. Mouth feel gets a 3, which is very good for a BMC beer. Overall this is a good drinkable spring brew. Much better than any other Blue Moon offering I’ve had. zombywoof (358), Shawnee, Kansas, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 29, 2008 Medium foamy head. Mild wheat aroma. Lime, minerals and wheat. Pistachio nuts(?). Mild hop profile-some cascade hops I guess. Thin bodied and spritzy. blipp (1685), Newark, New Jersey, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Feb 29, 2008 Bottle. Pours amber with an off white head. Aroma is mostly malt with a hint of citrus. Pretty thin body with a rather boring flavor of malt, a little bit sweet and a little bit sweet. Not awful but certainly nothing I’d get again. Crafty07 (392), Florence, Kentucky, USA

This was cloudy amber pour with a minimal head strange but appealing citrus taste, lime and I detected a bit of green apple. Very sessionable wheat for a warm spring day. killedge (26), Miami, Florida, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 28, 2008 poured with quite a large head... lots of lacing... not a very strong aroma at all... taste was thin but refreshing... was expecting more of a lime taste that seemed to be absent... finished the beer quite quickly and wanted another... a beer I would pick up for a casual day outdoors auderale (572), Fairchild AFB, Washington, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Feb 27, 2008 this beer was very disappointing. Although I had no real high hopes coming from coors.
I wanted to give it a shot, did, won’t ever again. Thanks for nothing Blue Moon.
