Pours a clear bronze color with a fizzy white head. Not really a wheat ale. Had some ctirus notes and some maltiness to the aroma. Kind of a dry taste. Hint of lime. Bitter finish. Not the best for Blue Moon.

Goo Spring Ale, a little more bitter because of the lime infusion but still good. Would prob prefer the normal blue moon over the rising moon.

Good thing I’m a lime fan because it saved this wheat beer (which I am not a fan). Farely decent and lime is quite noticeable on the palate.

12 oz. Bronze-copper with a creamy three-finger head that leaves icing all over the glass. Aroma is spicy whole grain bread and dry crackers. Flavor is spicy-tingly grain and slight honey, brought together with a piquant sour-metallic tinge. The lime eventually becomes overpowering on the finish. Smooth body seems nearer to medium than light.

pours a clear tobacco amber with a large creamy off-white head. smells pretty much like a pale lager to me. no wheaty notes and just the slightest touch of tangy lime in aroma. flavor is bready(pie crust) and moderately sweet, obviously malty. hints of lime. get points for being better than miller chill, but hey, anything is better than miller chill!

12oz Bottle - The Liquor Collection - Honolulu, Hawaii
Aroma – Had a light ale aroma with some lime in the nose.
Appearance – Light golden color, clear and nice head.
Flavor – A big flavor of fruit in the flavor. It was like a Lime was dipped in the beer all night. It was nice and for a drinking to get drunk beer this is it.
Palate – Nice crisp and easy Mouthfeel, good texture with a nice dry fruity finish.
Overall – It was a decent getting drunk beer. I liked the flavor it was good and did the trick. It had some or a lot of fruitiness. Just take it for what it is a mass produced beer that gets you yelling at the natives.

This one left me wanting something more. It is one of the most beautiful beers appearance wise. It pours a beautiful amber with a frothy white head into the glass. Aroma has a hint of lime to it but i didnt think the flavor had a whole lot of lime to it. I felt like it was missing something, i cant put my finger on it but it needed something more. That being said let me add that this beer doesnt suck. It has a good crisp clean finish to it. Ok, but Blue Moon original and the other seasonals are much, much better

One word sums up this beer: mediocre. I mean, Blue Moon itself isn’t bad (for what it is). The lime taste was initially almost horrifying to drink, but after a few additional sips it is at least more bearable than Miller Chill’s attempt at fusing lime into the beer. Full Moon was good, Harvest Moon is average, and this one joins Honey moon in the "try again" category. I dont see myself returning to this one - and while it’s still around I’d rather grab Full Moon anyway.
