This is a aromatic beer. Unfortunately it freaking stinks. Nice looking beer though and anyone who says different is doing so out of bias. Flavor is out of nowhere and it kind of taste the way it smells. BM have finally managed to pack a ton of flavor and aromas into a beer but all the wrong flavors and aromas. I wouldnt use the word LIME in describing this beer. I will say that it is very interesting but im not really liking it. EDIT: You know what? It gets better as it warms.

The aroma is very much like a macro with corn and skunk as well as wheat. The appearance is is light amber gold with a decent head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall it’s not good but not bad either.

clean tasting, skunky smell. malts and little hops, if you have it, try it. Makes an ideal for the casual get together.

Aroma of light citrus and yeast/spice? Coppery amber color with a decent, lasting white head. Thin to medium body with mild, sort of chewy, carbonation. The flavor is wheat, lime indeed, and it seems some spice. The finish is a bit papery, but not all that bad, and the citrus helps out. Pretty refreshing.

on tap at the crescent moon. Pale amber color with a fairly thick off white head. Faintly spicy aroma. Disgustingly putrid lime flavor that makes you want to vomit. Thin in body with no redeeming qualities. A perfect beer for the great Satan at Coors to be making. UPDATE 2/2009: In the bottle from Beertopia. Did not have the flavor of omiting i your own mouth hat it does on tap. Still a shitty beer.

Pours a nice copper color with foamy white head that lasted awhile. Taste was wheat malt with a hint of lime. The lime became more noticable as the beer warmed. I’ll have to say I was pleasantly suprised by this one. Didnt think I’d like it but I’ll probably buy it again.

Bottle. Pours clear, bright amber with a thick and fluffy white head that leaves sheets of lace. Wheat-sour aroma with a bit of citrus and yeast. Body tending to light, with moderate carbonation. Wheat and citrus taste. Sort of a herbal/floral finish. And them some time after I’ve swallowed, I think, "Oh yeah. Lime." For a style (American Wheat Ale) that generally sucks, this is not too bad.

I’m not sure if it was the way it was poured, or by some other facet of nature, but the head on this was beastly and immense. Fruity and floral, with pleasant aromas typical to this style. Its by no means special or unique, but enjoyable and easy to drink. I feel like this would be great on a warm spring night. Would be a lot better if it wasn’t so thin on the palate though.
